A Wonderful Visit to the Library 📖

Today, our Year 1 children enjoyed a fantastic trip to our local library in Ross on Wye.

They had the chance to explore the shelves and choose some books to look through and two books to take home — it was lovely to see them so excited about reading! The children then listened to two stories before returning to school.

It was a brilliant way to encourage a love of reading and to show how libraries are special places for everyone.

A big thank you to the library staff for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
