To celebrate the month of the Holy Rosary, Swift Class have been learning all about Mary and about Rosary Beads. Miss Sadler bought in her Rosary Beads, which the children looked closely at. We noticed there was a crucifix on the end, and a picture of Mary on them. We also counted the beads - there were lots on there! We listened to the Hail Mary prayer and have begun to learn it. The children then made their own set of Rosary Beads, carefully adding 10 beads each. We have then hung these on our prayer tree on our prayer table.
