Welcome to Danube Class!

Welcome to the Danube class page! We are very excited for what the year will hold. Here you will find our Topics Webs and Knowledge Organisers for each term, as well as pictures of our class engaging in their learning as we progress through the school year. 

Home Learning 

Home learning is set every 2 weeks. The children will bring home maths and spelling activities in their homework books and copies of these are also uploaded onto Evidence Me. Homework books need to be returned on the Wednesday of the following week. The children will also have project set at the start of each half-term. Please also try and read with your child on a daily basis to help them to develop their speed of reading and fluency.

PE Kits

Our PE day for this term falls on a Thursday. Please ensure the children have their kits in the school for this day. We recommend bringing in the children's kits on a Monday so that it is ready in school for the session on Thursday. Children will then wear their PE kits home on Thursday.
